In our network in Greece, are included the branches owned by our company, those operating by independent entrepreneurs (Franchisees) and businesses associated with the parent CALIN SA (Franchisor) under special contracts (Franchising contract). In all cases, our company has progressed in ensuring long-term leases in the commercial area of the Greek market and maintained its momentum by expanding its network with 29 new stores throughout Greece, facing the economic recession challenges during the crucial last four years (2010-2014)..

Objectives

The company operated methodically and achieved its original objective. It created an expanded network of Calzedonia branches, characterized by the friendly customer service and the success in satisfying customer needs with modern marketing methods and the most fashionable designs. The network consists of 63 high aesthetic branches in major commercial streets in Greece. The company's goal is to maintain the high relationship between quality and affordable price, offering top services to our customers as well as to extend the Calzedonia brand network in cooperating with independent entrepreneurs (franchisees) by providing the most complete support and training. For us, a trained and satisfied partner is equivalent to thousands of satisfied customers.

The network development involves the following cities: Preveza, Karditsa, Tripoli, Zakynthos, Pyrgos, Argos and Ptolemaida.

Requirements - Financial conditions for Cooperation

  • Store in the main shopping street: 50 - 60 m2 (20 m2 plus storage), in cities with at least 50,000 inhabitants.
  • Right of Entry (Entry Fee) is not required for Calzedonia system inclusion.
  • Approximately 1000 euros per square meter is the cost of creating a new store (including cost planning, transport and placement of furniture), payable in 60, 90 days from the start date. This cost can be funded through leasing (Leasing).
  • The cost of travel, accommodation and food for the staff that is forming the store in the province, is charged for the franchisee, after agreement.
  • Cost of computer equipment: € 8.000
  • Cost of initial merchandise: € 35.000 - 50.000, depending on the time of entry and the commercial point of the store.
  • Bank Guarantee: € 70.000, issued to Calin AE / Calzedonia to meet the obligations of the contract, which will be provided prior to the opening of the store.
  • There are no rights (Royalties) or involvement of the Franchisee in advertising.
