With your consent, we process the following personal, and sensitive personal information (data) you provide us when sending your resume. These data include, in addition to your first and last name, contact details, gender, education, past service, specialization, professional skills, etc., as well as other information that you may wish to share with us.(“Data”).
Personal data collected through the file you upload, including any sensitive personal data, will be used to process your application for potential work at CALIN GROUP. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) and Article 9 (2) (a) of the GDPR Regulation). In any case, even without your prior consent, the Processing Manager may process your data to comply with legal obligations under EU laws, regulations and law, exercise rights in court proceedings, exercise its own legitimate interests and in all cases provided, where appropriate, in Articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR Regulation.
The data is stored for a period of three (3) years from the date of filing your application so that they match your true information for any relevant future job openings. Data is processed electronically and manually in accordance with procedures and practices related to the above-mentioned purpose and is accessible by the Personnel of the Processor who is authorized to process the Personal Data for the performance of their duties.
The above personal data may be made accessible and processed by other companies belonging to the same group of companies owned by CALIN GROUP within the European Union or by other companies which process it on its behalf.
